OPTICAL POSSIBILITIES: COLLECTIVE

1 - 29 June 2020
Overview

Optical Possibilities is an exhibition that brings together the artists Antonio Asis, Marcello Morandini, Marina Apollonio, Narciso Debourg, Edoardo Landi, Ennio Chiggio and Victor Lucena, whose artistic discourses are mainly interested in exploring the optical possibilities in art, creating works that deal with different perceptions.

All the works showed where made by screen printing, one of the oldest printing techniques where the ink is transferred to the paper through a mesh. This is a process that is done in parts and with separate color applications, which is demanding and ambitious when it comes to works of optical and perceptual art, which require compliance with perfection to be effective.
