Marina Apollonio Trieste, Italy, b. 1940.

She sudied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, dedicating herself to graphic and industrial design and to interior architectural solutions.

In 1965 she joined the international movement “Nuova Tendenza”, participating in the exhibition of the Zagreb Art Museum “Galerija Suvremene Umjetnosti”. She also works around the N Group in Padua, the T Group in Milan and knows the members of the GRAV group in France and the Zero Group in Germany. In the years that followed, she participated in numerous international collectives and solo shows, becoming one of the most important artists in kinetic art.
