CHROMOSOTARUATION OF EL MAESTRO IN THE MFAH

Carlos Cruz-Diez

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) today celebrates the inauguration of the Nancy and Rich Kinder Building, the final point of a monumental project that has been underway for 10 years.

From Marión Art Gallery and #Articruz we are happy to invite you to visit the Chromosaturation MFAH, a monumental work perfectly adapted to the architectural space of the new building that the workshop has developed together with the @cruzdiezartfoundation.

It is one of the largest Cruz-Diez Chromosaturations spanning over 380 m2 (4100 square feet) and also one of the brightest. This incredible work is now part of the museum's permanent installations and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you.

If you're in Houston, don't miss a visit to the new MFAH building and the Cruz-Diez Chromosaturation, to experience color being made!

The museum will be open free to the public (scheduled reservations and masks required) from November 21-25.
