Maia Fiore France, b. 1988.
Biography
Dedicated to photography, she completed her studies at the prestigious Gobelins school in Paris in June 2010. During a stay in Sweden, she conceived her first series called Sleep Elevation.
Inspired by her childhood dreams and applying her imaginary realism, Maia Flore invites the viewer to fly over landscapes of Iceland, France, Germany and Sweden tied to objects of different kinds. The artist comments that due to her bad memory, she uses photography to reinvent her dreams.
