Eugenio Merino

Eugenio Merino is one of the most renowned artists of the last decade in Spain. He has participated in recognized group exhibitions in Miami, Malaga, Brussels, Houston, Basel, Rio de Janeiro and Valencia, showing his political work, typical of a creator who, conditioned by his time, transfers his social ideology to his hands and from there to the sculptural work that challenges the viewer.

 

“Blah, blah, blah...”, he says of himself, and assures that he decided to make art after “discarding everything else”.
